Two matters are being
continued to the July 17 Zoning Meeting. These include the Doherty petition
regarding property located at 5201, 5425, 4501 and 4420 Route 176.Also UDO
Amendments to the Ordinance.
Goodwill Industries, 1016 Central Park
Blvd.
This is located on the south
side of the city, and is James R. Rakow Road extended eastward across Route 31.
A revised plan is being presented for the Commission consideration.
DC Liquidators, 6101 Factory Road
The petitioner is requesting a use variation to allow
retail sales in the manufacturing district. The property owner desires to
locate a liquidation store to this facility. It is currently located outside
the city limits.
A use variation is requested as the zoning required
for this type of business is not included in this manufacturing district unless
a variation is granted.
