Seven resolutions are to be considered
by the Committee including:
Approval
of an engineering services agreement and appropriating funds for the Randall
Road project
Authorization
for acceptance of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity
Grant
Authorization
of a five-year postage Meter and Equipment Lease with Pitney Bowes with a line
item transfer in the 2014 budget for the lease
Budget
Line Item transfer in FY 2014 Budget between General Fund Department and
Non-Departmental and Purchasing.
Authorizing
a two-year preventative maintenance agreement with Alpha Controls
Accepting
a $5,000 Children’s Early Intervention Oral Health Education Grant from Delta
Dental and emergency appropriation to the Dental Care Clinic’s FY2014 Budget
Approving
entering into a joint funding agreement with the United States Geologic Survey
for the Purpose of Continuing the Continuous Monitoring of 41 Groundwater wells
and two Streamflow Gages.
Authorization
of an emergency appropriation to the Non-Departmental FY 2014 Budget and Budget
Line Item Transfer between General Fund Departments – Information Technology
and Non Departmental to Account for the Multi-function peripheral Lease with
Stan’s Office Technologies as a capital leas
Other
matters for consideration include a discussion regarding IMRF and the 2014
Goals of Finance and Audit Committee.
9:30 a,m.—McHenry County Zoning Board
of Appeals—
Conducting
a zoning hearing in the County Board Conference Room, County Administration
Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.
A hearing
is slated regarding Powell Gravel & Excavating, Inc. Chemung Township,
regarding an amended petition for a conditional use permit to allow a surface
mining operation, including, but not limited to the extraction, processing,
crushing, storing, washing, screening and trucking of sand, gravel, aggregate
and other earth materials and storage of materials mined offsite.
6:00 p.m. – McHenry County Mental
Health Board –
The
regular meeting of the Board is being held in the Main Conference Room of the
Mental Health Board facility, 620 Dakota Street, Crystal Lake.
A wide
variety of matters related to the operation of the facility are being presented
for the board consideration.
