Two presentations are
scheduled including a 2040 Transportation Plan—Draft Bicycle and Pedestrian
Component and the second, also for the 2040 Plan, a Draft Transit Component.
Resolutions for the Committee’s
consideration include:
- Resolution to Approve Adopt-A-Highway Volunteer Group Agreement
- Resolution Approving a Supplemental Engineering Agreement and Appropriating Funds for the County Line Road Bridge over the Kishwaukee River Project
- Resolution Approving the Acquisition of Right-Of-Way for Highway Purposes and Appropriating Funds for the River Road at Dowell Road Intersection Project
- Resolution Approving an Amended Engineering Services Agreement and Appropriating Funds for the Virginia Road Park and Ride Lot Project
- Resolution Approving an Amended Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Illinois for the Virginia Road Park and Ride Lot
- Resolution Amending the Policy for the Establishment and Posting of Speed Limits on County and Township Highways within McHenry County Illinois
Several Ordinances are to be presented for Committee approval
including’
- Ordinance Adopting the Establishment of an Altered Speed Zone on County Highways
- Ordinance Adopting the Establishment of an Altered Speed Zone on a Township Highway
- Recommended No Change to Speed Limit on Township Highway
