The first matter to be handled by the Board is the
adoption of a Proclamation recommending March 2013 to be poison prevention
month.

The County Board is being requested to
approve the reappointment of Joseph Korpalski, Jr. as the McHenry County
Engineer for a six-year term effective March 5, 2013 at a salary of $140,732
7:30 p.m. Crystal Lake City Council –
Meeting in the City Council Chambers,
City Hall, 100 West Woodstock Street, Crystal Lake.
The Council is being requested to continue
an Annexation Agreement Public Hearing for properties located at 7624 Route 14
and also at 5111 E. Route 176.
A request is also being presented to the
Council for approval of a Special Use Permit Amendment to expand the existing
daily commuter parking lot along Railroad Street, along with setback and right-of-way
requirement variations.
Other interesting items to be considered
include:
Final Planned Unit Development Amendment
for the addition of a drive-through at 815 Cog Circle in archway East.
Final Planned Unit development Amendment
to allow total wall signage to exceed the Unified Development Ordinance
allowance of 75 square feet for CD One Price Cleaners, 5675 Northwest Highway.
Five bid awards are to be presented for
Council approval including:
- A purchase agreement for replacement manhole frames and lids
- A contract for the 2013 Crack Sealing Program
- Authorization of a contract for the 2013 Spring Pavement Marking Program
- Bid award authorizing execution of a service agreement for generator maintenance services
- Resolution authorizing execution of an agreement for the purchase of Case Wheel Loaders through the National Joint Powers Alliance.
