MONDAY, MARCH 4 –

10:00 a.m. – McHenry County Board Liquor and License Committee –

Meeting in the County Board Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.

The Committee is being requested to repeal the 2009 Ordinance prohibiting video gaming in the unincorporated areas of the county. Additionally, the committee is to consider approval of video gaming in the unincorporated areas of the county.

In 2009, the McHenry County Board adopted an Ordinance prohibiting video gaming in the unincorporated areas of the county. The repeal of this ordinance is now to be considered.

A number of raffle permit and special liquor license requests are also to be considered including.

 6:00 p.m. – McHenry County Mental Health Board –

Meeting in the Mental Health Board facility, 620 Dakota Street, Crystal Lake.

A number of matters are to be discussed by the Board Search Committee including discussion regarding executive director search process; other business of the mental health board search committee. The Committee is to adjourn and consider approval of mental health board prior meeting minutes.

Reports to the Board include the President’s Report by Lee Ellis and Director’s Report by Todd Schroll, Search Committee Report by Lee Ellis, Treasurer’s report by Sam Tenuto.

Other matters to be considered by the Board include New Board Member Orientation process; Strategic Planning Process; Steps and Timelines; Nomination and Election of 2^nd Vice President.

Meeting at the same time and in the same location, the Mental Health Board Search Committee will be meeting regarding the executive director search process.

7:00 p.m. – City of Crystal Lake Ad Hoc Clean Air Counts Advisory Committee –

Meeting in the Crystal Lake City Council Chambers Council Room, City Hall, 100 West Woodstock Street.

Matters for discussion include Bike with Your Neighbor Event along with a scavenge hunt, Discussion of other goals and a potential budget.
