WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6—

8:15 a.m. – McHenry County Board Transportation Committee—

Meeting in the Conference Room of the County Division of Transportation, 16111 Nelson Road, Woodstock.

The Committee is to be the recipient of a presentation regarding the Richmond Bypass

The Committee is to consider a Resolution Appropriating funds for Cartegraph Software License Renewal and Maintenance for the Fiscal Year 2013.

Another Resolution for the Committee to consider is for a request for authority from the General Assembly to exercise Quick Take Powers of Eminent Domain for the Completion of a highway project on Johnsburg Road, (County Highway A26)

Another resolution is to be presented for the Committee’s approval to appropriate funds for the Fleming Road Rehabilitation Project.

A  Resolution to Approve Adopt-A-Highway Volunteer Group Agreement is also to be considered.

6:30 p.m. Crystal Lake Park District Ad Hoc Committee Meeting –

Meeting in executive session regarding personnel.

7:30 p.m. – Crystal Lake Planning and Zoning Commission –

The regularly scheduled meeting is cancelled due to the lack of petitions completed for review. The next meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on March 20 in the City Council Chambers of the City Hall, 100 West Woodstock Street.
