A presentation is to be made to the Committee regarding Court Appointed Special Advocates for juveniles.

Two resolutions are to be considered by the Committee including

A resolution Supporting the Emergency Telephone System Board Purchase of Firehouse Software Solution

Also a resolution authorizing a contract with Mentis Technology for the Implementation, Maintenance and Use of aiSmartBench Solution, a Judicial User interface and Develop a Paper On Demand System for the 22^nd Judicial Circuit of McHenry County

FY 14-15 Budget reviews are also scheduled for:

1. Emergency Management Agency

2. Public Defender

3. Court Administration

4. Court Services

5. Coroner

10:00 a.m. – Liquor and License Committee of the McHenry County Board—

Meeting in the County Board Conference Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.

Two requests regarding Liquor License, Manager and/or Amusement License Requests are to be considered including

• A new Liquor License, Manager and/or Amusement License Requests from:
• Illinois District turner Camp – New Manager
• Diezel Girls, Inc. d/b/a The Gin Mill – change in ownership

Raffle Permit and Special Liquor License Requests to be considered include

• Niko’s Red Mill tavern – Class S Liquor License for event on August 24, 2014
• Plum Garden Restaurant, Inc. – Class S Liquor License for event on August 16, 2014
• Marengo Area Schools Education Foundation – raffle application
• St. Peter and Paul Church, raffle application
