8:15 a.m. – McHenry County Law and Justice Committee –

Meeting in the County Board Conference Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.

Two presentations are to be provided the committee from the State’s Attorney and the Public Defender.

The Committee is to consider the appointment of James Saletta to the McHenry County Emergency Telephone Systems Board for a term to expire November 30, 2013.

A resolution Authorizing the Purchase of a Transportation Van from the Sheriffs 2011 State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAA) awarded in FY 2012

Also, the Committee is to authorize acceptance of the State of Illinois Emergency Management Hazardous Materials Preparedness (HMEP) Planning Grant of $9,230.

10:00 a.m. – McHenry County Liquor and License Committee –

Meeting in the County Board Conference Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.

The Committee is to consider several requests for raffle permits for St. Peter’s Church of Spring Grove, Crystal Lake Montessori School Parent Group, and Liberty Elementary PTO.

Also to be considered is a request for Special Liquor License for the Harvard Sportsmen’s Club.
