Congressman Don Manzullo, R-16th is holding a Health Care Reform Update, Wednesday, October 19 at Giovanni’s Restaurant, 610 N. Bell School Road, Rockford. The time is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The topic to be covered is the “Impact of the 2010 Affordable Health Care Act on
Physicians, Hospitals, Health Care Providers and Employers.”

A special guest, Congressman Phil Roe, M.D. (R-TN) has become an active leader in the effort to reform our nation’s health care system. He is a member of the Physicians’ Caucus and the Health Caucus. Prior to Congress, Dr. Roe ran a successful medical practice in Johnson City for 31 years, delivering close to 5,000 babies. Dr. Roe will be presenting the latest development in the ongoing effort to reform our nation’s health care system. No price has been set for the event, but donations will be requested after the doctor speaks.
