Fleming Road

The Committee is to be presented with information on Fleming Road
before considering a number of matters requiring approval and appropriation of funds for other projects.

• A number of resolutions are being presented for approval by the committee for thermoplastic pavement marking funds;
• Approval of a Adopt-A-Highway volunteer group agreement; a number of resolutions providing for agreements and funding for services with Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning for providing planning services to the McHenry County Council of Mayors;
• Engineering services for Lawrence Road Bridge project
• Engineering Services Agreement and funding along with intergovernmental agreement with State of Illinois and funding for Lawrence Road Bridge Project
• Engineering services agreement supplement and intergovernmental agreement amendment with State for Deerpass Road Bridge.
• Engineering services agreement and intergovernmental agreement for Township’s Hill Road Bridge project.

 The committee is also to consider approval of the purchase of maintenance equipment and learn of construction updates.
