National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a dense fog
advisory...which is in effect until noon CST Monday.
* Visibility...one quarter mile or less.
* Impacts...travel will be slow at times due to poor visibility.
* Additional impacts...some slick spots may develop on surfaces due to temperatures near or below freezing.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down... use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
