County Law and Justice Committee—
Meeting in
the County Board Conference Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware
Road, Woodstock.
Four
individuals are being interviewed for positions on fire protection districts
including William Yocius for Fox River Grove Fire Protection District, Rick
Weaver and Robert Meyer for McHenry Township Fire Protection District, and
Greg
Danielson for Crystal Lake Fire Protection District. All are to be recommended
for appointment with terms to expire May 2017.
Other
matters for consideration include:
Discussion
on a request for legal fee reimbursement; resolution authorizing the acceptance
of a modification to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency performance
Grant;
Resolution
awarding ammunition bid to Keisler Police Supply, Inc and approval for an expenditure
over $20,000 in the Sheriff’s Office FY14 budget;
Ordinance regulating
the discharge of firearms in unincorporated McHenry County
Resolution
authorizing the Sheriff to enter into phase III of a bid contract with Elkhorn
Chemical and Cabay and Company and Authorization to spend over $20,000 for
cleaning chemical in the jai with each of the vendors.

County Mental Health Board Executive Personnel Committee--
Meeting in
the Main Floor Conference Room, of the Mental Health Board facility at 620
Dakota Street, Crystal Lake.
The
Committee will be meeting in executive session regarding personnel matters.

McHenry County Mental Health Board—
Special Meeting
in the Main Floor Conference Room of the Mental Health Board facility, at 620
Dakota Street, Crystal Lake.
The Board is
to discuss psychiatric needs.
6:00 p.m. –
McHenry County Zoning Board of Appeals—
A zoning
hearing is being held in the Harvard School District Board meeting room of the
Central Administration facility located at 401 Division Street, Harvard.
A
presentation is scheduled regarding changes proposed in the Unified Development
Ordinance.
6:30 p.m. –
Crystal Lake Park District Committee of the Whole—
Meeting in
the Park District Administrative offices, One Crystal Lake Avenue, Crystal Lake.
The board
is to review the 2014-2015 Budget.
