Government At Work

MONDAY, JANUARY 23, 2012—
8:30 a.m. –Management Services Committee—
Meeting in the McHenry County Conference Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.

Two interviews are to take place for appointment to the McHenry County Ethics Commission.
At 8:30 a.m. , Melissa M. Hernandez is to be interviewed, followed by Scott E. Hartman at 8:45 a.m.

A couple resolutions are being presented to the Committee for consideration. One is authorizing entering into a contract with Paper 101 for the purchase of copy paper for the County Government at a cost of $67,973.92. The other is authorizing a contract with Carahsoft Technology Corporation for Agenda Management /Webstreaming Services with a line item budget transfer in the Fiscal Year 2012 Budget. The cost for this is $1,900 a month or $22,800 a year with a 5% annual escalation.

A review of Management Services Goals for 2012 is to be made along with a report on Emergency Generators for County facilities.

9:30 a.m. – Finance and Audit Committee
The committee is to consider the same resolutions regarding copy paper purchase and Agenda Management services as presented to the Management Services Committee.

A third resolution to be considered by this committee is to authorize re-appropriation into fiscal year 2011-2012 the rolled forward encumbered budget dollars from fiscal year 2010-2011.
