McHenry County Department of Health
(MCDH) is working with community organizations to assist with health insurance
options. The enrollment deadline is December 23 with coverage beginning on
January 1, 2014. Residents can make an appointment with trained In-Peron
Counselors online at www.mcdh.info and select a
convenient location at local libraries or contact a counselor directly at one
of the community partners listed below.

questions, date of birth, social security numbers for those needing coverage in
