Two matters are to be considered by
the Officer, including a variation request to allow a rear yard setback of zero
feet instead of the required ten foot setback. This is the Storin/Loomis matter
in Nunda Township seeking a change from A1 to A1Variation.
The second matter for consideration,
also in Nunda Township, is the request to allow a detached garage to exceed the
floor area of the residence and to allow said garage to be 16.3 feet I height instead
of the maximum of 14 feet allowed.
