Meeting in the McHenry County Board Conference Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.

Presentations to the Committee include an overview of the County Public Health and Human Services Department and the County Mental Health Board.

Other matters for consideration include:

• Resolution authorizing acceptance of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Grant;
• Resolution authorizing acceptance of a modification to a grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for added funds of $99,578.23.
• Resolution authorizing the reclassification of one full time activity assistant into one part-time business office association position and one part time assistant position in the Valley Hi Department
• Review of interview and recommendation process for Mental Health Board members
• Meeting schedule for 2013.
