Voices in Harmony will present their
Silver Jubilee Concert at 4:00 p.m. Sunday in the Raue Center For The Arts, downtown
Crystal Lake.
The concert will celebrate 25 years
of beautiful choral music and will recreate some of the most memorable
performances of the choir’s first quarter century. The two organizations share
a long history as Voices in Harmony was Raue Center’s first performance when
the theatre re-opened in 2001. Steve Szalaj, a Raue Center Board Member as well
as a member American Choir Directors Association, directs the choir.
Voices in Harmony promotes artistic
choral music and will perform a wide variety of music including classical,
spirituals and folk music. Tickets are general admission and prices are $18 for
adults and $15 for seniors and students. They can be purchased at Raue Center’s
Box Office located at 26 N. Williams Street, Crystal Lake, IL or via
rauecenter.org. Groups have more fun! Take $3 off each ticket for groups of 10
or more. Tickets may also be purchased from choir members. For more information
