6:00 p.m. – Joint Meeting of McHenry County Mental Health Board and

McHenry County Department of Health-

In the McHenry County Mental Health Board facility,

620 Dakota Street, Crystal Lake

Following the call to order for the two boards, a Presentation is scheduled regarding Partnership opportunities.

Following a period for any public comment, an Intergovernmental Agreement is to be considered for action by the boards, followed by any other business to be handled before adjournment.

The McHenry County Board of Health will then convene, in the same location, for its regular monthly meeting.

Following reports on October disbursements and divisional reports, a renewal consultant agreement with Dr; Santo Ruggero will be considered.

Other matters on the agenda for the Board to consider include: new contracts and agreement, a program highlight on the Pertussis Outbreak.

New business to be considered for action and/or discussion includes: Animal Control Advisory Committee Appointments; FY12 Staff Merit Increases; and Election of 2012 Board of Health Officers.

Any board issues brought up are to be discussed.

A number of information and communications are being presented for discussion including: IDPH Local Health Protection Grant Review Letter; IBCFP Gift Card Donation from Parkland Middle School, McHenry PTO; State Grant payment status; Environmental Health Advisory Committee Minutes of August; Animal Control Advisory Committee minutes of July; and a letter of appreciation for Wendy Neuman, Mental Health Board.
