MONDAY, MARCH 5—
8:15 a.m. – Law and Justice Committee of McHenry County Board –
Meeting in the County Board Conference Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.
A presentation is slated regarding a Recap/Summary of the Case flow Management Project.
A couple appointments are to be approved for recommendation to the County Board and include Gloria Urch-VanHof for the Sheriff’s Merit Commission and Thomas Condon for the Harvard Community Fire Protection District.
The Committee is also to consider a resolution authorizing the purchase of two police Pursuit Tahoe vehicles for the County Sheriff’s Department. The Illinois State Bid Contract provides a cost of $30,293 per vehicle.
7:00 p.m.—City of Crystal Lake Ad Hoc Clean Air Counts Advisory Committee, meeting in the City Council Champers-Conference Room of City Hall, 100 West Woodstock Street, Crystal Lake.
Following a presentation of Open Meetings training, a review of Clean Air Counts Program Requirements will be provided.
Also the CUB Energy Save Program is slated for presentation.
The status of 2012 goals for the following is to be considered:
- 2012 Bike with Your Neighbor Event to be partnered with the Crystal Lake Park District.
- Bike Plan/Comprehensive Bike Map
- No Idling Program
- Discuss status of additional goals
