The next
session of the Crystal Lake Park District ‘Fun and Healthy Cooking for
Kids’ will take place Friday, April 4-May 9, 4:30-5:30 pm. Kids, ages 5-11 will
make fun and creative nutritional recipes.
Each week,
a new idea will be introduced along with a lesson on what makes the recipe
healthy. Kids will learn that eating healthy not only tastes great, but helps
them gain energy and confidence.
The Fun
and Healthy Cooking class will take place at the Woodscreek Park building, 1420
Willow Tree, Crystal Lake. Advance registration is required. Register online at
