Development Committee—
Meeting in the County Board Conference Room, County
Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.
A
presentation is slated to the Committee regarding the
County's Planning and Zoning Authority as well as on the County Unified
Development Ordinance.
New business matters include
a discussion regarding the Planning and Development Committee functions and
responsibilities
Discussion and decision regarding Committee Meeting Time
Resolution Requesting an Exception From a Potential Conflict of
Interest Involving the PY2012
Community Development Block Grant Program Funding Between Pioneer
Center for Human Services and McHenry County Board Member James Heisler
Discussion regarding the Department of
Planning and Development 2013 Annual Report .
1:30 p.m.—McHenry County Zoning Board of
Appeals –
Meeting in the County Board Conference Room, County
Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.
A hearing is slated regarding Walter Stricker
property in Chemung Township with a requested reclassification from A-1
Agriculture District to the A-2 Agriculture District.
7:00 p.m. – Crystal Lake Park District Board of
Commissioners –
Meeting in the Park District Administrative Office,
One East Crystal Lake Avenue, Crystal Lake.
Committee reports to the board are slated from the
Safety Committee meeting and the Planning-Buildings and Grounds Committee
The Board is to consider requests from the Crystal
Lake Cardinal Baseball Association and Helping Paws.
The Commissioners are to consider four tax abatement ordinances
and hear reports to the Board as well as any reports from the Board
Reports to and from the Board are also scheduled
before the Board conducts an Executive Session is necessary.
