Come play with us through 2 hours of joyful movement, with a focus on freeing your inner goddess and connecting with your body. We will experiment with chanting/sounding interspersed between dancing sets to inspire you to open your energy channels, to unbind your creativity, unlock your spirit, open the gates to your higher inner self, liberate your laughter, and meet new friends.
Experience for yourself the flow of rhythm moving your body. Feel your inner goddess flowing up into free-form expression as twirling, swirling, stepping to the beat, shaking, rocking, swaying... however it feels best to you.
