Joint meeting of McHenry County Zoning Board and Planning and Zoning Committee—
Meeting in
the County Board Conference Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware
Road, Woodstock.
Following
the consideration of minutes of prior meetings by each group, the combined
group will continue review and recommendations regarding Public Comments regarding
Overlay Districts and Digital Signage; conduct discussion of temporary signage
and amateur radio towers, followed by acceptance of Draft UDO for release for
public hearing.
7:00 p.m – Valley Hi Operating Board—
Meeting in
the nursing home, 2406 Hartland Road, Woodstock.
Following
a presentation regarding regulatory update, the Board will be apprised of a
meeting with Jason Sciarro from Centegra, consider IDPH annual survey
preparations, Passages Hospice notification.
Also for
consideration, are four resolutions including:
- Authorizing Valley Hi to enter into a contract with Robinson Engineering for Water and Wastewater Operations and Testing
- Authorizing the reclassification of Valley Hi part-time positions
- Authorizing Valley Hi to enter into a contract with CE Solutions for Online Employee Training
- Authorizing Valley Hi to enter into a contract with Express Painting and Remodeling of McHenry for Installation of Fire Stopping Material in Designated Areas.
