Meeting in the County Board Conference Room, County
Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.
Two matters are to be considered by the
Board, both in Nunda Township.:
Storin/Loomis where a variation is being
sought to allow a rear yard setback of zero feet instead of the required ten
foot setback.
Wary/Gers, also a variation request to
allow a detached garage to exceed the floor area of the residence and to allow
said garage to be 16.3 feet in height instead of the maximum 14 feet allowed.
