McHenry County Department of Health (MCDH) is
offering one more opportunity to obtain a flu shot for this season. That is
Saturday, September 29 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. The location
is the Crystal Lake McHenry County Department of Health office,
Appointments are required and may be made online at www.mcdh.info or by calling 815-334-4510. The
cost is $30 with Medicaid and Medicare Part B accepted.
