IMPORTANT NOTICE
REGARDING CRYSTAL LAKE AVENUE
IMMEDIATELY EAST OF MAIN STREET
The City of Crystal Lake Streets Division will be conducting road improvement work on Crystal Lake Avenue along the railroad tracks immediately East of Main Street.
This is taking place tomorrow, Thursday, October 21 beginning at 3:30 a.m. Work is expected to conclude by the end of the business day on Thursday.
Pending any weather-related work shutdowns, work will commence again Friday, October 22, 2010.
At no time during the roadwork will Crystal Lake Avenue be completely closed. However, the work may cause considerable delays as the road will be reduced to one lane for traffic, in each direction, with flaggers to direct motorists around the work zone.
Motorists are advised to find an alternative route, if possible.
