The Zoning
Board is to hear a request for reclassification from the B-1 Neighborhood
Business District to the B-3 Business District with a variation to allow a
minimum area of .585 acres instead of the required 1 acre minimum area, a
variation to allow a minimum .585
acres instead of the required 1-acre minimum area, a variation to allow a
transitional side yard setback of 25 feet instead of the required 50 feet from
the east property line, a variation to allow a transitional rear yard setback
of 23 feet instead of the required 50 feet from the south property line, and a
variation to allow a minimum road frontage of 138 feet instead of the required
150 feet minimum.
