Matters
to be considered include:
- Three Oaks Recreation Area –5517 Northwest Highway,
- A conceptual review is being held regarding a cable wakeboard park.
- Signature Auto -970 Pyott Road- A Public Hearing was scheduled. The petition was referred back from the City Council and petitioner is requesting it be continued to September 4, 2013 Zoning Board meeting.
- Dellamaria, 1089 North Shore Drive, The public hearing is being continued until September 4, Planning Zoning Commission meeting.
