- Authorizing Additional 2013 Community Development Block Grant Funding Allocations
- Authorizing Program Year 2012 HOME Investment Partnership Act Grant allocation to the McHenry County Housing Authority.
- Authorizing an Emergency Appropriation in the Planning and Development Fiscal Year 2013 Revenue and Expenditure Budgets for the Community Development Block Grant Program.

Meeting in the Park District Administrative
Office, One East Crystal Lake Avenue, Crystal Lake.
In addition to hearing from the public, approving
bills and minutes, the Commissioners are to consider a couple requests for park
use including:’

- Crystal Lake Anglers Event Request
The Board is to consider
approval for:
- Professional services for Woodscreek Park Redevelopment
- An Ordinance regarding a certificate 125 Premium Only Plan
