9.7 feet – flood stage is 9.5 feet
Recent activity – flood forecasts for
Algonquin were moved to this location on July 5, 2011.
Minor flooding is occurring and minor
flooding is forecast that the river will continue rising to near 9.8 feet by
this afternoon.
The river will fall below flood stage
Friday evening.\
