The Committee is to consider the review of two subdivisions, Westhaven and Lynn Manor, both located in Coral Township.

6:00 p.m. – McHenry County Gravel Advisory Council –
Meeting in the County Board Conference Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.

This petition was continued from the November 19, 2012 Special PZC meeting.
Special Use Permit for a drinking place and a variation from the required number of parking spaces.

Stephani-Dodaro - 55 E. Crystal Lake Avenue.
A public hearing on a Special Use Permit for a residential use on the first floor in the “B-4” Downtown District.

TGI FRIDAYS – Archway East – 835 COG Circle
PUD Amendment for changes to the site, exterior elevations and signage

Nine properties on State Street, Crystal Lake Manor.
The properties have been annexed to the City of Crystal Lake. A public hearing is being held to rezone the properties from “E” Estate to “R-2” Single Family Residential.
