On Sunday, July 15, a presentation at the Colonel
Palmer House, Crystal Lake, will provide an insight
into the 1940s when young men went off to war and those at home dealt with
rationing and going without to help loved ones over there.
The time is 1:00 pm to 4:00 p.m.
