Experienced Attorney Joins McHenry County State's Attorney's Office

 Brandy S. Quance has joined the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Civil Division effective May 7. She comes from the Office of Franz & Quance, LLC, where she was a partner at the firm. Previously she had been employed as an attorney at Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP.

State’s Attorney Louis A. Bianchi reports that Ms. Quance has represented businesses in a wide range of matters including commercial transactions, negotiations and contracts. She has represented clients in the sale and purchase of both commercial and residential real estate and has been involved in all stages of real estate development, from planning through zoning and development. She has worked with county and municipal governments, engineers, architects and contractors.

Ms. Quance received her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001.  Previously, she received her MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Stuart School of Business and her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri
