Government At Work

Monday, April 9 –
8:30 a.m. – McHenry County Board Management Services Committee –
Meeting in the County Board Conference Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.

The Committee is to consider a resolution of-conveyance of certain real property from the Public Building Commission to the County. The property was used for the purpose of obtaining revenue bonds. The bonds are paid and the property is being conveyed back to the county.

A resolution is to be considered authorizing a lease with Cisco Capital Key Government Finance for a Storage Area Network. The cost is expected to be $31,000 annually for a five-year lease.

A discussion is slated regarding RFQ for Security Services for the McHenry County Administration Building.

Also a discussion is slate regarding McHenry County’s 175th Birthday.

Old Business to be considered includes amending the ethics Ordinance for the County to reflect some minor changes in the wording.

Also under old business eLibrary- Communication with Appointments to Commissions, Boards, Etc.

6:30 p.m. – Finance Committee of High School District 155/--
Meeting in the Administrative Offices, One South Virginia Street, Crystal Lake.

Matters to be considered include Student Fees, Multi-Function Activity Vehicles,
Audit Renewal and any other maters to be brought up by the Board.

7:00 p.m. Crystal Lake Public Library Trustees—
A Special meeting of the Trustees is scheduled to take place in the Ames Meeting Room of the Library, 126 Paddock Street, Crystal Lake.
