9:00 a.m. – Special meeting of the Finance and audit Committee of McHenry County Board, meeting in the County Board Conference Room, County Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock,--
A review of the FY 2011-2012 Budget is the first item on the agenda.
Following are several ordinances for consideration including one Authorizing the Annual Appropriations for FY 11-12 Budget; an Ordinance Providing for the Levy of Taxes for McHenry County for the Fiscal year December 1, 2011 through November 30, 2012.
7:00 p.m.—School District 47 Board of Education –Meeting in Husmann Elementary School, 131 Paddock Street, Crystal Lake –
In addition to the approval of necessary financial matters including a financial report, and approval of bills and contracts, the Board will turn their attention to personnel matters including employment, resignations, leaves and TJA Personnel.
Approval of Insurance Renewal is another item to be handled by the Board along with a discussion on the 2012-2013 school calendar.
