McHenry County Board meets Monday morning beginning at 9:00 in the County Board Room of the Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock. This is the first meeting of the "new" board, that is, the board is reorganizing since the most recent election.
Most of the considerations by the Board have to do with organizing the new Board including the nomination and voting for a chairman and vice-chairman. Once that is determined the oath of office is administered to the new officers.
Temporary committee appointments will be made, however, a committee of committees will be appointed to determine the committee memberships for the next ten years. Additionally, the reseating of the members is also scheduled to take place. Any other necessary business may also be handled.
