Pep Boys, 4423 Northwest Highway is requesting a Final PUD amendment for changes to exterior elevations, wall signage and center signage.
Fair Oaks Health Care Center, 471 W. Terra Cotta Avenue, is the subject of a public hearing for a special use permit amendment and variations for expansion of the senior nursing home.
